Worth the money
For this price I didn't expect much, but the Explero H/T PT431 genuinely surprised me. Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.

Solid summer tyre
Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt. Had these through a full season now.
