What the tyre markings mean
- XL
- Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
- M+S
- Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.

Handles well
Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. The P Zero Winter Seal Inside grips well on dry roads. Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Not the last word in steering feel.
