W 240 Sottozero – a winter tyre built for safe cold-season driving
Perfect tyre for sports cars and high-performance saloons.
Optimal grip on snow increases safety in the winter months. In snow, on wet surfaces and in all dry conditions, the winter properties of the Sottozero guarantee excellent driving performance. Transverse and diagonal tread grooves "retain" the snow, thereby increasing the traction and braking properties on snow-covered surfaces.
Low noise levels and little roll resistance. Deep, longitudinal tread grooves increase resistance to aquaplaning, even at high speeds. Precise steering response, thanks to extraordinary directional stability.

Fine tyre, minor niggles
Third car I've run on Pirelli. Consistent quality every time. Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres.
