Be safe even on rainy days in summer. The further developed Shark Skin Technology and the wide in-block-grooves disperse water out of the tread pattern, effectively reducing the risk of aquaplaning. Moreover, the innovative Aqua-Twist sipes channels water out of the tyre, leading to increased grip on wet and slippery roads.

A step up from my old set
Comfortable over rough surfaces. My old set used to thump over every bump. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Tyres themselves are great. Stable and precise in summer heat. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Impressed so far
Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. For this price I didn't expect much, but the RainExpert 5 genuinely surprised me. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
