Description

The Yokohama Decibel E70 is a summer tyre that creates a comfortable ride and brings calm to the interior of the vehicle thanks to the lower noise. The Yokohama E70 makes a compromise and ensures superior ride comfort. The small tread blocks avoid uneven wear on the Yokohama tyre, thereby increasing mileage. The properties of the Decibel E70 means it can be considered as a family-friendly tyre, whose tread creates great damping.

What the tyre markings mean

Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

Would buy again
Handles standing water better than my previous set. Feel much safer in autumn rain. Stable and precise in summer heat. Not the last word in steering feel.

Smooth ride
Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too.

Braking feels secure
Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt.

Great on the motorway
Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before.
