Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

Fitted and forgotten
Does exactly what a summer tyre should. Happy with the purchase.

Smooth ride
Bought a full set of Yokohama for the family car. Comfortable ride and no drama in the rain. Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Reliable summer rubber
Good in town and on the motorway alike. Versatile tyre. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Decent for the price
Bought a full set of Yokohama for the family car. Comfortable ride and no drama in the rain. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in.

Quiet and comfortable
Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. Third car I've run on Yokohama. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
