What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.

Quality you can feel
Does the job, nothing more. For daily commuting it's perfectly fine. Had these through a full season now. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Happy with the purchase
Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Good in town and on the motorway alike. Stable and precise in summer heat. Took a few hundred km to bed in.
