What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.

Reliable summer rubber
Had these through a full season now. Wear is minimal and performance hasn't dropped. Does exactly what a summer tyre should. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Handles well
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate.

Worth the money
Would recommend to anyone after a dependable summer tyre without overspending. Switched from a budget brand to the Summer UHP 2 — the difference in braking is obvious. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Berlin Tires delivers again
Decent tyre at a fair price. Tread pattern clears water well. Early days, but first impressions are very good.
