Description

The Bridgestone Potenza S005 is an original equipment tyre for vehicles in the sports segment.

High-speed performance:

Excellent driving stability and optimized road contact at high speeds

Outstanding steering feedback

:

Pure sports performance with outstanding steering precision

  • Reinforced XL construction for higher load capacity
  • Integrated rim protection strip against kerb damage
  • Strong wet grip (class A)
  • Quiet ride with an external rolling noise of just 70 dB

As a summer tyre, the Potenza S 005 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

    Happy with the purchase

Third car I've run on Bridgestone. Consistent quality every time. Does exactly what a summer tyre should.

    Recommended

Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. Very quiet on tarmac.

  • Sabine W.2026-02-13

    Handles well

Had these through a full season now. Wear is minimal and performance hasn't dropped. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

    Happy with the purchase

They're okay. Comfortable enough, but I expected a bit sharper turn-in. Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
