3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Okay for everyday driving
My mechanic recommended Bridgestone and he was right. Quiet, stable, no complaints. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Coped fine with a light snowfall in early spring.
