Description

Next-Generation Winter Perfomance Tyre

Miura-Ori 3D sipes provide safe braking performance and more traction on snow covered roads
Advanced 4D-Nano Design Technology is used for better wet grip, lower fuel usage and longer tyre lifespan
Additional interlocking 3D sipes in the shoulder for enhanced block stiffness and driving stability
Symmetrical V pattern increases water drainage up to 78 l/s (tested Size: 205/55R16) and boosts aquaplaning abilities
Up to 9% lower tyre weight for better rolling resistance and lower resource consumption

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Fine tyre, minor niggles
Ordered online, fitted locally. The tyres themselves have been faultless so far.

Balanced and predictable. Exactly how a tyre should feel. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.

Does what it says
Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. Bought on price, staying for the quality.

Fitted before a long road trip. Comfortable at motorway speeds and felt safe in heavy rain. Holds well in snow and slush.

Solid choice
Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair.
