Next-Generation Winter Perfomance Tyre

Symmetrical V pattern increases water drainage up to 78 l/s (tested Size: 205/55R16) and boosts aquaplaning abilities
Up to 9% lower tyre weight for better rolling resistance and lower resource consumption
Advanced 4D-Nano Design Technology is used for better wet grip, reduced fuel usage and longer tyre lifespan
Miura-Ori 3D sipes provide safe braking performance and more traction on snow covered roads

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

No complaints so far
Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too. Third car I've run on Falken. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Fine tyre, minor niggles
Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. Had them fitted last month. Holds well in snow and slush.
