What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Solid choice
Does the job, nothing more. For daily commuting it's perfectly fine. Had these through a full season now.

Falken delivers again
My mechanic recommended Falken and he was right. Quiet, stable, no complaints. Bought on price, staying for the quality. Felt secure on icy morning roads.
