Description

Ventus S1 evo2 K117 – precise summer handling with short braking distances

  • Controlled and precise cornering at higher speeds
  • Minimisation of rolling resistance
  • The best balance between wet and dry power
  • Low rolling resistance for lower fuel consumption (class B)
  • Strong wet grip (class B)
  • Quiet ride with an external rolling noise of just 69 dB

As a summer tyre, the Ventus S1 evo2 K117 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

    Good all-rounder

Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair.

  • Jonas G.2026-05-06
    3.0 / 5

    Decent for the price

Would recommend to anyone after a dependable summer tyre without overspending. Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. Stable and precise in summer heat.

  • Katrin R.2025-11-25

    Trusted Hankook quality

Early days, but first impressions are very good. Smooth and quiet.

  • Jakob K.2025-07-15

    Quiet and comfortable

Decent tyre at a fair price. Tread pattern clears water well. The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Stable and precise in summer heat.
