    Pleasantly surprised

    Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Switched from a budget brand to the Ventus S1 evo3 K127 — the difference in braking is obvious. Stable and precise in summer heat.

    Does the job well

    Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Not the last word in steering feel.

    Would buy again

    Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too. Fitted before a long road trip. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
