Description

The Winter i*cept RS3 was specially developed for compact and mid-size cars. Thanks to the optimised block stiffness and enhanced ice traction, driving on icy roads becomes safer. A water drainage notch and a water and slush groove reduce the risk of aquaplaning. The new W-shaped tread with inclined tread blocks guarantees better steering control in the rain and the 3D winter sipes reduce braking distances. Thanks to the fine-tuned rubber compound, wear is reduced and the new construction achieves enhanced road contact. This means you can drive safely through the cold season.

    No complaints so far

    Would recommend to anyone after a dependable winter tyre without overspending. Driven about 3,000 km on these so far.

    Solid winter tyre

    Does the job, nothing more. For daily commuting it's perfectly fine. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. Felt secure on icy morning roads. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
