As a summer tyre, the Crugen HP71 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.
Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

All-round good pick
Does the job, nothing more. For daily commuting it's perfectly fine. Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted.

Fitted and forgotten
Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. Stable and precise in summer heat.
