Description

With its high-silica-content tread compound, the new Snoways 4 provides even better safety in wintery conditions and ensures optimal grip on snow, ice, and wet roads.

Additional trough-shaped recesses on the shoulders provide increased stability and compact dimensions
Wide, deep and continuous slanted grooves with a high absorption volume guarantee improved performance on wet and on snow, and improved aquaplaning safety.
Full, continuous 3D sipes improve grip on snow and provide additional tread block stability.

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
