The unique V-shaped tread pattern maximizes the grip effect on snow, the high strength of the tread pattern optimizes durability.

Optimal traction:

The directional tread pattern with large tread blocks and deep grooves delivers optimized traction on soft surfaces (snow, mud, loose ground).

Reinforced side protection:

The all-round anti-abrasion blocks offer additional protection on the side of the tyre. The abrasion-resistant rubber compound derived from innovative truck tyre technology.

What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.

Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Coped fine with a light snowfall in early spring.

Worth the money
Switched from a budget brand to the Agilis CrossClimate — the difference in braking is obvious. Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Coped fine with a light snowfall in early spring.
