(1) - wet braking performance - Wet braking new and worn: External tests conducted by TÜV SÜD Product Service, on Michelin's request, between 80-20 kph, in low grip conditions in July 2024, on dimension 205/55 R16 91V on VW Golf 8 (worn means when worn on machine (buffed) to the depth of Tread Wear Indicator according to European regulation: ECE R30r03f) comparing MICHELIN Primacy 5 (new: 100% - worn: 100%) versus Michelin Primacy 4+ (new: 91.4% new - worn: 99.2%).
(2) - wet braking performance - Worn means when worn on machine (buffed) to the depth of Tread Wear Indicator according to European regulation: ECE R30r03f. On new and worn 205/55 R16 91V MICHELIN Primacy 5 is above the R117 European regulation wet grip threshold.

Impressed so far
A sensible buy. Not sporty, but safe and quiet. Does the job, nothing more. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Driven about 3,000 km on these so far. Wear looks even and grip is consistent. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
