Scorpion Ice & Snow

A winter tyre specially designed for the SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) and off-road sector, which improves the performance of quick vehicles in low temperatures, thereby guaranteeing maximum mobility.

New asymmetric tread with lateral tread blocks and an innovative sipe system for good traction and braking on snow and mud.
Stable carcass for good handling stability, comfort and smoothness in all road conditions.
Specially developed tread compound, which reacts flexibly to the different operating conditions in winter temperatures and also boasts good stability in off-road conditions.
Four wide, circumferential, longitudinal grooves for protection against aquaplaning.

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.
