As a summer tyre, the RGHP02 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Okay for everyday driving
Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt. Second set of Roadhog on this car. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Tyres themselves are great. Fitted before a long road trip. Stable and precise in summer heat.
