What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Solid choice
Would recommend to anyone after a dependable summer tyre without overspending. Had them fitted last month.

Decent for the price
Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too. For this price I didn't expect much, but the TQ5000 genuinely surprised me. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.

Handles well
Third car I've run on Torque. Consistent quality every time. Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Handles well
Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
