Description

The Uniroyal UST 17 (UST stands for "Uniroyal Spare Tire") is a spare wheel.

As a summer tyre, the UST 17 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

Impressed so far
Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Good in town and on the motorway alike. Versatile tyre.

Good, not perfect
Switched from a budget brand to the UST 17 — the difference in braking is obvious. Very quiet on tarmac.

Does the job well
Balanced and predictable. Exactly how a tyre should feel. Good summer tyre for the money. Stable and precise in summer heat.
