Description

Winter offers challenges. Our expert offers a worry-free ride.

Rain, freezing rain, sleet or snow – winter comes in many forms which make driving challenging. With more than 50 years of rain tyre experience, we know exactly how to deal with wet and snowy roads. Introducing the new Uniroyal WinterExpert – the innovative tyre that handles every challenge that winter has to offer.

* The product will be available in 2021.

Aquaplaning: Keep full control with superb wet handling and aquaplaning resistance.
Snow performance: Arrive safe and relaxed thanks to great snow traction performance.
Rolling resistance: Profit from low fuel consumption due to fine-tuned rolling resistance.

What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.

Worth the money
Bought on price, staying for the quality. The WinterExpert punches above its weight. Does exactly what a winter tyre should. Holds well in snow and slush.

Great on the motorway
The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Holds well in snow and slush.

Does what it says
Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. Holds well in snow and slush.
