Description

Sprint Classic – balanced summer performance for warm and wet conditions

The Sprint Classic from Vredestein completes the classic image of your classic car.

The Sprint Classic was specially developed for enthusiasts with an eye for detail and design. While the unique tyre profile and contour remain unchanged, a stylish sidewall marking has been added.

However, beneath this classic exterior lies the most advanced technology. The high-quality design guarantees that the ‘Sprint’ element in the name is fully justified: for the larger sizes the Classic has a W symbol, allowing speeds up to 167 mph (270 km/h).

Does the job well
Handles standing water better than my previous set. Feel much safer in autumn rain. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Great on the motorway
Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Very happy with these
Decent tyre at a fair price. Tread pattern clears water well. Does exactly what a summer tyre should. Stable and precise in summer heat. Not the last word in steering feel.

Pleasantly surprised
Good balance of comfort and handling. Would buy again. Handles standing water better than my previous set. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
