Description

Transporter tyre with an fine-tuned combination of directional tread pattern and compound that provides excellent performance on snow and ice.

Outstanding durability
Optimized braking and handling in wet conditions
Fuel saving properties

Certified for severe winter conditions (3PMSF alpine symbol)
M+S marking for mud and snow
Strong wet grip (class B)

Designed for the cold season, this tyre combines a winter compound with a tread pattern that packs snow for grip and clears slush quickly. Steering and braking stay reassuring on icy and snow-covered roads.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Great value for money
Second set of Yokohama on this car. The last ones wore well, expecting the same here. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama.

Pleasantly surprised
Switched from a budget brand to the BluEarth-Winter WY01 — the difference in braking is obvious. Does the job, nothing more. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.
