The Turanza T005 is designed to help keep control even under difficult driving conditions. The tyre offers first-class braking and cornering characteristics even on rainy days, combined with high mileage.
Optimised pattern design:
High volume slots in shoulder enhance water flow and optimized distribution of void in centre part of the pattern guarantees water drainage in centre contact. Increased resistance to deformation thanks to connections between shoulder blocks ensuring an even contact on shoulders while braking.
Enhanced carcass:
The unique steel and stiff polyester reinforcement guarantee a superior handling and a reduced rolling resistance in order to reduce CO2 emissions and fuel consumption.
New compound mixing technology:
New mixing technology improves silica dispersion in Nano Pro-tech™ high silica content compound.Synergy of pattern & compound maximises adhesion in the footprint to enhance wet grip.
- Excellent wet adhesion
- Excellent label grades
- Superior wear life

Bridgestone delivers again
Handles standing water better than my previous set. Feel much safer in autumn rain. Decent tyre at a fair price. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
- Lucas H.07/06/20264.0 / 5
Good grip in the wet
Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Braking feels secure
They're okay. Comfortable enough, but I expected a bit sharper turn-in. Had these through a full season now. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Happy with the purchase
Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Happy with the purchase
Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Second set of Bridgestone on this car.

Smooth ride
Good summer tyre for the money. Rolling noise is low and braking feels predictable. Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before.
