Good, not perfect
Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering. Reliable winter rubber. Felt secure on icy morning roads.
Better than expected
Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering. Holds well in snow and slush.
Handles well
Good balance of comfort and handling. Would buy again. Does exactly what a winter tyre should.
Great on the motorway
Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Took a few hundred km to bed in.
Good all-rounder
Good balance of comfort and handling. Would buy again.
Braking feels secure
Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. The Vanhawk 2 Winter grips well on dry roads. Had these through a full season now. Holds well in snow and slush. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.
