The outer shoulder block profile ensures perfect straight running and good curve handling. Straight, centered grooves and an arched profile on the shoulder blocks reduce noise and vibration. Four circumferential grooves with thin inner grooves improve water drainage and aquaplaning resistance. Enhanced rolling resistance is achieved by a multi-spacer profile. Central grooves improve straight-line stability at top speeds and provide optimum performance.

Quality you can feel
Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Does the job well
Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. Very reassuring. Decent tyre at a fair price. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Fine tyre, minor niggles
Fitted before a long road trip. Comfortable at motorway speeds and felt safe in heavy rain. Switched from a budget brand to the Premitra HP5 — the difference in braking is obvious. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
