What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering. Comfortable over rough surfaces.

Handles well
Steering response improved straight away after fitting. Very pleased. Does the job, nothing more.

Torque delivers again
Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Stable and precise in summer heat. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.

Solid choice
Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt.
