RainSport 5 – a summer tyre made for confident warm-season driving
Drive safely with the RainSport 5 even on rainy days. Thanks to Shark Skin Technology and wide flow-oriented tread grooves, water is effectively drained from the tread, reducing the risk of aquaplaning. Innovative water sipes channel water out of the tyre for more grip on wet, slippery roads.
The RainSport 5 with newly developed tread compound guarantees long driving pleasure thanks to low wear. Stiffer shoulders guarantee even wear. The construction of the tyre guarantees that the pressure in the area of the tyre contact area is optimally distributed at all times.

Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

Fine tyre, minor niggles
Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. The RainSport 5 grips well on dry roads. Reliable summer rubber.

Good, not perfect
Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. For this price I didn't expect much, but the RainSport 5 genuinely surprised me. Stable and precise in summer heat.
