RainSport 5 – balanced summer performance for warm and wet conditions
Drive safely with the RainSport 5 even on rainy days. Thanks to Shark Skin Technology and wide flow-oriented tread grooves, water is effectively drained from the tread, reducing the risk of aquaplaning. Innovative water sipes channel water out of the tyre for more grip on wet, slippery roads.
The RainSport 5 with newly developed tread compound guarantees long driving pleasure thanks to low wear. Stiffer shoulders guarantee even wear. The construction of the tyre guarantees that the pressure in the area of the tyre contact area is optimally distributed at all times.

Reliable summer rubber
Solid everyday tyre. Nothing flashy, but it does everything I ask of it. Good in town and on the motorway alike. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. Stable and precise in summer heat.
