Description

Uses: Small and compact cars, mid-size sedans, modern SUVs & CUVs

Advantages

Features

Flat and wide contour
Good mileage
Divergent tread design for snow and water division
Silica rubber compound
Safe on the road in summer and winter

Certified for severe winter conditions (3PMSF alpine symbol)
M+S marking for mud and snow
Reinforced XL construction for higher load capacity
Strong wet grip (class B)

As an all-season tyre it covers the whole year: a balanced compound and a versatile tread pattern cope with warm, wet and moderately wintry conditions. A practical choice for drivers who want to avoid the seasonal tyre change.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

A step up from my old set
Second set of Yokohama on this car. The last ones wore well, expecting the same here. Nice not having to swap tyres twice a year.

Pleasantly surprised
Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt. Bought a full set of Yokohama for the family car. Nice not having to swap tyres twice a year.

Good grip in the wet
Ordered online, fitted locally. The tyres themselves have been faultless so far.

Quality you can feel
Had these through a full season now. Wear is minimal and performance hasn't dropped.
