The new Bravuris 5 HM – with its specially developed High Mileage compound – provides outstanding mileage performance, low rolling resistance, and a reliable grip.
- Outstanding High Mileage
- Reliable Dry Performance
- Low Rolling Resistance
Outstanding High Mileage: The Bravuris 5 HM is made of the High Mileage compound with a new polymer technology that provides the next level of abrasion resistance. Its innovative central rib design with optimised lateral grooves and sipes delivers a reliably smooth rolling behavior. The balanced rib position optimises stiffness distribution and an even footprint pressure, which helps avoid irregular wear – and adds up to a really outstanding, long-lasting mileage!
Reliable Dry Performance: With its latest-silica-generation enhanced compound, the tyre delivers rolling resistance and grip at top level performance. Closed blocks on both sides and the patented interlocking sipe design improve pattern stiffness which leads to a convincing grip and full steering control.
Low Rolling Resistance: The highly flexible and improved temperature resistant compound with enhanced vulcanisation components reduces rolling resistance. An optimised pattern design minimises tyre deformation and prevents heat buildup. This effectively means: less friction, smoother rolling – and ultimately a low fuel consumption with a truly cost-saving.

Worth the money
The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Not the last word in steering feel.

Smooth ride
Bought on price, staying for the quality. The Bravuris 5 HM punches above its weight. Handles standing water better than my previous set. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Okay for everyday driving
Bought a full set of Barum for the family car. Comfortable ride and no drama in the rain.
- Pierre G.17.08.20253.0 / 5
Good grip in the wet
Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. Very reassuring. Fitted them at a mate's garage. Stable and precise in summer heat.
- Federica F.23.06.20255.0 / 5
Solid choice
My mechanic recommended Barum and he was right. Quiet, stable, no complaints. Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted.
