Description

Bridgestone Alenza 001 offers high-level braking performance, outstanding tyre life and improved grip on wet and dry roads. It is engineered to provide a dynamic and luxurious driving experience.

This tyre uses the RFT system. This means that, should there be a sudden loss of air, the tyre can still be controlled without any problems, mobility is retained, and it is not necessary to change the tyre on narrow or busy roads. Tyres with the RFT technology may only be used on cars with a functioning air pressure check system.

    Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in.

    Reliable summer rubber

    Driven about 3,000 km on these so far. Wear looks even and grip is consistent. Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate.

    Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt. Stable and precise in summer heat. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
