Fine tyre, minor niggles
Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt. Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set.

Fair tyre for the money
For this price I didn't expect much, but the Blizzak LM-005 genuinely surprised me. Felt secure on icy morning roads. Not the last word in steering feel.

Quality you can feel
Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. Not the last word in steering feel.

Reliable winter rubber
Good balance of comfort and handling. Would buy again. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama.
