The Turanza T005 is designed to help keep control even under difficult driving conditions. The tyre offers first-class braking and cornering characteristics even on rainy days, combined with high mileage.
Optimised pattern design:
High volume slots in shoulder enhance water flow and optimised distribution of void in centre part of the pattern guarantees water drainage in centre contact. Increased resistance to deformation thanks to connections between shoulder blocks ensuring an even contact on shoulders while braking.
Improved carcass:
The unique steel and stiff polyester reinforcement ensure a superior handling and a reduced rolling resistance in order to reduce CO2 emissions and fuel consumption.
New compound mixing technology:
New mixing technology improves silica dispersion in Nano Pro-tech™ high silica content compound.Synergy of pattern & compound maximises adhesion in the footprint to enhance wet grip.

Pleasantly surprised
Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. Decent tyre at a fair price. Stable and precise in summer heat.
- Bram G.18.05.20265.0 / 5
Quiet and comfortable
Bought on price, staying for the quality. The Turanza T 005 punches above its weight. Does exactly what a summer tyre should. Stable and precise in summer heat.
- Reto H.18.04.20265.0 / 5
Smooth ride
For this price I didn't expect much, but the Turanza T 005 genuinely surprised me. Ordered online, fitted locally.
- Giulia R.01.03.20265.0 / 5
Fine tyre, minor niggles
Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering. Third car I've run on Bridgestone.
