With the new UltraContact, Continental therefore now offers a summer tyre with very high mileage and the usual safety standards. To achieve this, the tyre developers have redesigned the compound and tread to combine maximum mileage with safe driving characteristics, low rolling resistance and low noise emission.

Decent for the price
Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too. Brakes hard and straight, no pulling. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted. The UltraContact grips well on dry roads. Ride comfort is the standout. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
