The new WinterContact TS 850 P is intended for use in the SUV / 4x4 and passenger car segments. Passenger cars and SUVs are normally driven under the same operating conditions. For this reason, products with similar requirement profiles for passenger cars and SUVs are combined in one product line. If a tyre dimension is primarily used for SUVs, it is labelled on the sidewall.

Strong performer
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama. Took a few hundred km to bed in.
