The Firestone Vanhawk 3 summer tyre is equally suited to combustion engines and EVs and has been specially developed for light commercial vehicles.
The Firestone Vanhawk 3 is the first product in the Vanhawk tire family to feature the groundbreaking Enliten technologies. These represent Bridgestone's innovative approach to future-oriented tire development. They enable improved wear efficiency through increased tread depth for additional mileage, while the rubber compound also ensures increased abrasion resistance.
The tire's enhanced fuel and energy efficiency is made possible by fine-tuned energy dissipation, which minimizes energy loss during rolling and thus reduces rolling resistance. Fine-tuned tread grooves and sipe distribution maximize water drainage, while the enhanced rubber compound increases grip. This gives the tyre excellent braking performance in wet conditions. In addition, thanks to Enliten technologies, the Firestone Vanhawk 3 is EV-ready and therefore ideal for electric vehicles as well as vehicles with combustion engines.

Strong performer
Comfortable over rough surfaces. My old set used to thump over every bump.
Fine tyre, minor niggles
The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Ordered online, fitted locally. Stable and precise in summer heat.
Fitted and forgotten
Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. Early days, but first impressions are very good. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
