As a summer tyre, the Z-107 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. Steering response improved straight away after fitting. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.
