SizeThe tyre size is shown as width / profile / rim diameter, e.g. 205/55 R16.
Tyre characteristicsReinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.Run-flat technologyReinforced sidewalls can permit limited continued driving after a loss of pressure. The permitted speed and distance depend on the manufacturer; a pressure monitoring system is normally required.
Rim protection stripRim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.
Special characteristicsMud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. Description

Excellent wet, dry and snow performance.

Why choose this tyre:

Better grip on snow through large amount of sipes at the center of the tread. The sipes influence each other at their intersection, stimulating their opening for better grip.

Shorter dry braking & Enhanced dry handling. Reduced deformation of the tire during heavy maneuvers through strong crown & shoulder blocks.

Lifetime Aqua Planing Resistance. Over time grooves evolve to continuously guarantee water dispersion.

    Happy with the purchase

Third car I've run on Goodyear. Consistent quality every time. Nice not having to swap tyres twice a year. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.

    Quality you can feel

Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too. Good tyre overall.
