Fine tyre, minor niggles
Third car I've run on Gripmax. Consistent quality every time. Steering response improved straight away after fitting.

Would buy again
Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Not the last word in steering feel.

Confidence in corners
Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Tyres themselves are great. Good summer tyre for the money. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Happy with the purchase
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair.
