Description

Customised to a maximum of 16-inch tyres, this superb winter tyres is perfectly suited to small and mid-size cars. The two longitudinally oriented tread grooves displace water, slush and snow quickly and reliably from the tyre in order to prevent the risk of aquaplaning. The tread design is created nearly symmetrical and is thus intended to provide grip on wet/slippery and dry roads alike. Jagged sipes in the individual tread blocks interlock with the snow for more traction on packed or loose snow. Yet this type of siping offers support and safety even on a dry but very cold track. All in all, the Hankook Winter i*cept RS W442 is a dependable and safe winter tyre in the middle price range.

    Good all-rounder

    Balanced and predictable. Exactly how a tyre should feel. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in.
