What the tyre markings mean

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.

Smooth ride
Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. For this price I didn't expect much, but the All-Turi 221 genuinely surprised me. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Not the last word in steering feel.
