Kumho Ecsta PS71 SUV – Ultra-high-performance SUV tyres
- Superb handling and braking performance on dry and wet roads
- Extremely sporty and very direct steering response
- Tread compound containing highly dispersible micro-silica
- Reinforced XL construction for higher load capacity
- Strong wet grip (class B)
As a summer tyre, the Ecsta PS71 SUV is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.
Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

Good, not perfect
Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt. Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted.
- Davide S.30.06.20265.0 / 5
Confidence in corners
Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering.
- Jakob G.24.03.20265.0 / 5
Pleasantly surprised
Does the job, nothing more. For daily commuting it's perfectly fine. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
- Sophie L.15.02.20264.0 / 5
Does the job well
Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Trusted Kumho quality
Reliable summer rubber. No surprises, which is exactly what I want. For this price I didn't expect much, but the Ecsta PS71 SUV genuinely surprised me. Stable and precise in summer heat.
- Patrick K.14.07.20255.0 / 5
Confidence in corners
Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before.
