(1) - wet braking performance - Wet braking new and worn: External tests conducted by TÜV SÜD Product Service, on Michelin's request, between 80-20 kph, in low grip conditions in July 2024, on dimension 205/55 R16 91V on VW Golf 8 (worn means when worn on machine (buffed) to the depth of Tread Wear Indicator according to European regulation: ECE R30r03f) comparing MICHELIN Primacy 5 (new: 100% - worn: 100%) versus Michelin Primacy 4+ (new: 91.4% new - worn: 99.2%).
(2) - wet braking performance - Worn means when worn on machine (buffed) to the depth of Tread Wear Indicator according to European regulation: ECE R30r03f. On new and worn 205/55 R16 91V MICHELIN Primacy 5 is above the R117 European regulation wet grip threshold.

Fitted and forgotten
Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering. My mechanic recommended MICHELIN and he was right. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Does the job well
Very quiet on tarmac. The Primacy 5 made my commute noticeably more relaxed. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.
