The Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season is not an all-weather tyre. This tyre does not bear the Alpine symbol (‘snowflake in a mountain’). All-weather tyres without the Alpine symbol (official designation: “3PMSF” – short for Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake) will be banned from 1 October 2024 when driving on icy or snow-covered roads.

Worth the money
Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Nice not having to swap tyres twice a year. Not the last word in steering feel.

Okay for everyday driving
Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. Had them fitted last month. Coped fine with a light snowfall in early spring.
