What the tyre markings mean
- XL
- Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
- M+S

Does what it says
Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch.

Bought on price, staying for the quality. The Winter Sottozero 3 punches above its weight. Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama. Took a few hundred km to bed in.
